Veterinary nurses

Samantha qualified as a registered veterinary nurse in August 2016. She enjoys all challenges within practice but shows particular interest in surgical nursing, nutrition and emergency care. Samantha has recently become a clinical coach and now enjoys training our student nurses. In her spare time she likes running, cycling and spending time with friends and family.

Joyce has been a qualified veterinary nurse since 2008. She previously worked in veterinary practices in Aberdeen, but since becoming a mum she now works part time with Buchan Vets. Joyce loves doing weight clinics and is particularly interested in pet nutrition.

Outside of work she keeps fit by running and is a pole dancing instructor.

Leah is our Student Veterinary Nurse and with just the OSCE’s exam to go Leah is well on her way to soon becoming a Registered Veterinary Nurse. Leah has a keen interest in Emergency and Critical care as well as wound healing management which she hopes to develop throughout her career.
